Cotter’s fiction and poetry have appeared in dozens of national
publications including 3rd Bed, Hanging Loose,
& Good Foot. As of April 2007, he’s putting the
finishing touches on separate collections of stories, poems, and
a novel, Under The Small Lights.

John
was born in Norwich, Connecticut in 1976, home of Benedict Arnold
and a fresh crop of casinos. He graduated Emerson’s Creative
Writing program on a Performing Arts scholarship and is currently
researching his Master’s Thesis for Harvard Extension School
on the literary reputation of Anthony Burgess (go out and get yourself
a copy of Earthly Powers!).
